Tim was born in the capital city in the mid to late 70’s, but moved to Auckland while still young. Consequently he enjoys being able to recall the good old days before the troubles of social media and people who text while driving.

Tim works in his favourite place of contemplation and creation (his garage), nestled in the suburban sprawl of East Auckland. He creates sculptures as time permits, working around his occupation of being an air ambulance/freight pilot.

Tim has no formal art education, however has worked at developing his practical skills towards the creation of works with an organic feel. He enjoys the challenge of working predominately with metal and concrete to create natural forms.
